Blake's Lotaburger - Bosque Farms

The fries were cold and there were only about 15 in the bag. I requested no tomatoes, but there were tomatoes in the order. I asked for chili on the side, but it wasn’t included in the bag, so I had to turn around and go back. The person taking orders was wearing gloves but didn’t change them while handling both food and money.

I'm not sure what it is about this Blake's location, but they always seem to mess up my order, and the hamburger buns are often tough to chew. I ordered two breakfast burritos this morning, and neither of them was made correctly, even after they repeated my order back to me!

I attempted to place an order over the phone, but I encountered some issues. The person I spoke with had a strong accent, making it difficult for me to understand, so I eventually decided to hang up. Instead, I ordered at the drive-up window. The service was a bit slow, but the food was warm, and the person at the window was very friendly!

The food was tasty, but there were issues with getting our order correct and complete. When we checked our order at the window, we noticed some items were missing and our drinks were incorrect. The young female manager engaged in a frustrating argument with me, speaking over me and behaving in a condescending, sassy manner—very unprofessional. The young man who took our order repeated it back to us, but he still got it wrong and had a poor attitude. Thankfully, a young male manager was eventually called over; he was professional and listened to my concerns. He provided the missing food at no extra charge.

Yesterday I order two number one bacon breakfast burritos with Xmas chile and xtra bacon, i show up to pickup my call in order and the doors are locked with no sign explaining anything, annoyed I roll through the drive through and I receive both burritos with xtra bacon, but missing any potatoes at all! Today exact repeat order, I receive two burritos WITH POTATOES this time, but missing the xtra bacon? when I pay for something I expect to get it. Why am I not? How can 60% of
