1800 Prime Steakhouse - Bossier City

The food service was amazing here. My waitress was exceptional very friendly (it was her birthday) so I wished her a happy birthday…she was very appreciative. I ordered a ribeye steak with mashed potatoes it was the best steak I've had in a long time, very juicy tender…made just right. So I will definitely be back here for sure!

This was truly a terrible experience. We went to celebrate our Anniversary, and although we had a reservation we were turned around at the door for a twenty minute wait. We waited 1.5 hrs on our meal, and it was not the complete order. Refills were offered, but not received. There was only one waiter for 7 tables. The restaurant was not full. I've eaten here several times and the food and service has always been outstanding; however, tonight was disappointing. They were short on wait staff and cooks. The best part of the meal was the appetizers. The main course (I had a steak and my friend had a seafood dish) was barely warm. Had to send the seafood back for reheating and then like to never got it back. Not a good experience at all.

Went here with my family. Our meal was complimentary so I almost feel bad explaining the experience was horrible. There were gnats everywhere and the food was flavorless. We had a group of 6, and none of us were able to finish our meals. The appetizers were the only saving grace.

It's become an overpriced Applebee's according to the menu. Service is slow food was sub par. My wife's Alfredo sauce had separated who serves chunky Alfredo??
