As expected, pleasant and perfect service. When will McDonald's and all the rest realize it's all about a few great products and top customer service? Their loss!

Always great for and great service. The chicken was fresh and crunchy. The food was steaming hot and mouth watering.

Any Chick-fil-A is good, but this location is always ready with fast service and friendly employees! The double drive thru lanes is a great way to keep traffic and customers moving quickly while the interior of the restaurant is still closed due to COVID-19 precautions. Thank you Bossier Chick-fil-A for staying open and always being there for me.

The staff is always friendly and welcoming, the food is amazing and served hot. Despite the long lines, the wait is never more than 5-10 minutes. The service is efficient and top-notch.
