Hartz Chicken Buffet - Bossier City

I don't recommend this place to anybody the customer service was trash.... They employees got a attitude when we asked how long the food would take to come out… After asking they side eyed us and rolled their eyes at us the entire time we were there....

I have only eaten there once. It was late getting close to closing. It was good and they still had a decent variety of food to choose from.

My hubby and I went for dinner and it was a BIG waste of money! Food was cold on the buffet and there was hardly anything on it! No white meat chicken at all!!!’ Won’t go again!!!

Very friendly staff you can't get better chicken strips at a drive thru anywhere this!!!

I've been here several times and it's generally good. This time it was right before 3, not alot to pick from. Food was dry, veggies tasted old. The slaw was brown and gummy. It was gross I should have ask for a refund.
