Ihop - Bossier City

I use to work at an ihop, and seeing how it was staffed made me frustrated. We called an hour ahead, and when we got there they didn’t even make the order yet. And when we did get it, it was really cold. On top of that, the host wouldn’t seat guests who were waiting and was on the phone, when the restaurant was empty. AND there was something hard and black in my food.

Got my order wrong, didn't write down the order, took forever. Wasn't clean

Good food and happy hour deals. Very friendly service.

I am so impressed…I absolutely love the food, the waiter is excellent the Manger Edward is friendly respectful. I’m loving itttttt
