When she burned the pepperoni on my autistic nephew's pizza, she acted as if we had inconvenienced her by asking for it to be remade without the pepperoni. Overall, while the staff was welcoming, the management could use some improvement.
Has online order, was called twice to let me know they were out of objects. the wraps I ordered looked like they were thrown together. it fell apart when I opened the paper. the cookies were underused. not satisfied with this order, and I spent $30 on making it look like that.
If I could give negative stars, I would. first I asked for a six inch sub and the dame in the cut the tip of my sandwiches of (about 2 inches) from my six inches. then flew a fly on my sandwich and I asked the dame can throw it away and make me a new one because of the fly. she went on to throw the broth away and meet and keep the cheese to put another sandwich on. I was so disgusting that I had to go. I'll never get back to this subway. please make sure they have all been hired since in their heads. because that was so bad.
I wouldn't trust this place to get your sandwich order right if you're using the drive-thru! I didn’t order my sandwich correctly because the workers couldn't hear me. I moved to the window and placed my order there. The gentleman who helped me seemed to understand, but when I got home, my sandwich was missing all the add-ons and modifications I paid for. I was really looking forward to trying the new line of sandwiches on the menu, and they completely ruined the experience.
I always appreciate this Subway! They take the time to prepare the sandwich thoroughly, which I really like—unlike some other locations where I've had to request that they distribute the ingredients properly to avoid ending up with large bites of bread at both ends. The staff is consistently cheerful and friendly. The restaurant is always clean and well-stocked. I usually visit every other Thursday, so I come here quite often, and so far, I have no complaints at all.
