I love this restaurant (even if the personal sometimes feels uncomfortable.) I usually get a quesadilla without cheese, because this place treats them as burritos that are roasted on the grill so that the pack becomes beautiful and crispy. I like the way they deal with veggies here because they have a bunk with different types of grilled veggies. they can choose which they want and they hack it in order before them. the fried beans are surprisingly vegan. make sure that all items on the side of the prep station (blettuce, pico, jalapenos, salsa, hot sauce, cut avocado.) the employees will not ask them if they want this article; they only expect them to ask if they want it. it's a strange process. note of rice and guacamole are not vegan (here, acid cream.) the restaurant will provide a vegetarian rice and avocado cut to request.
The restaurant was not very clean and the staff not so friendly and helpful. I chose the vegetarian burrito. the meal was very bland and not worth the $7
(Incase people miss the description above) honestly though there isn’t a lot you can do with this menu, even with the vegan rice they have very limit toppings that are plant based and their counters and single knife don’t have me convinced there isn’t a lot of cross contamination
It was my first experience with Mexican food and I liked it very much! the personal did not seem to know what was vegan, but maybe it is an English problem. they can make their own meal (I had a burrito) so it can be made vegan easily.
