Bartleby's Seitan Stand - Boston

I love the Daredevil's Deluxe, amazing Coleslaw, amazing Sweet Potato Fries?

It took forever to meet Bartleby since I didn't work in town, but it was definitely worth it. Always looking for more since then, than new vegan, and the nuggets not disappointed. They were fried pieces of goodness, beside the sauces that made a good meal. Must be back to try the sandwiches.

I met a LOT from Boston's Food Trucks (yes, support local businesses! While I'm an all-eater, I still enjoy many meat-free options, so was stolen to see the beautiful variety on their menu. I also like it being a woman owned by shops. I had the Sloppy Slav because I like Slav. I did not love the claw on my special sandwich (it was more raw than I had thought needed some sauce, but the flavors were all good, the prices are right, and it is the kind of business I want to support, so I will be completely back.
