Bertucci's Childrens Hospital - Boston

I was very disappointed with the service today. I had to wait minutes before someone can take my order, then waited another minutes for the food to arrive. By the time the food arrived at the table, it was time to box it and head back to work.

No more liquor license. Not enough staff. Waited a long time to get a waitress over for drinks. Food came out cold. Took long to get the check. Not great at all for a Bertucci’s!

Service slow but the food was up to expectations when we finally got it. It is a go to place for work lunches.

Unorganized, slow, they don’t really provide any service or notice that you are even there. But, pizza is so good...

Our table was not ready for minutes after our reservation time. The food was mediocre at best. The one saving grace was the host/waiter/busboy who was doing triple duty.
