I was very disappointed with the way my friend and I were treated at the entrance. The doorman was unable to find my friend's table, and when I requested to speak with a bottle service host, she refused to assist us. After waiting for about 10 minutes, the doorman suggested that a gentleman coming down the stairs was a host who could help us. We mentioned our friend's name, and he told us we should settle down. It felt like such a waste of time and was overall quite frustrating. I originally visited to support a friend who now works there and to see another friend who had a table, but the experience was far from enjoyable. Additionally, none of the bottle service staff were in uniforms, and they all seemed unhappy to be there, particularly during parades. I won’t be returning.

I was a bit confused at first with the ordering process. You place your order at the tabletop, and there's a top line for your entrance. I assumed there were no waiters, so I left a 12% tip for the staff. Then, a waiter came to our table, and I felt a bit embarrassed! I ended up tapping again, which made my meal pricier. The food is delicious, and my 3-year-old absolutely loved the chalkboard wall at our booth. I think I would have enjoyed the experience more if I hadn't been so focused on the tipping situation. Our waiter was wonderful!

I recently celebrated my birthday at this restaurant, and it was an amazing experience! I coordinated with Matt to reserve a table, and he was fantastic to work with. He answered all my questions and was very responsive, even checking in with me the day after to see how everything went. Jenny, the bartender for our table, was wonderful and incredibly friendly. From the booking process to the music and service, everything was exceptional! I would definitely recommend this place to others!

They have absolute no respect for their guests. They harassed me multiple times because I put my feet on an ottoman (as if that’s not the purpose of it). They threaten to kick me out if I did it again, because apparently quietly sitting is enough to get you removed. If you’re young they will harass you and disrespect you. Don’t bother coming here and go anywhere else.

Great atmosphere. Great crew. Their drinks are a bit pricey but it gets you tipsy fast so I suppose it’s worth it. Their music is good too. I’d recommend.
