Delux Cafe - Boston

Came in from out town and Delux was near our hotel and was exactly our type of bar. Super friendly and welcoming staff. Great drinks in a relaxed atmosphere. The decor was retro/niche but didn't seem forced at all or unkept. Thr place was clean, inviting and fun. We'll definitely be coming back whenever in Boston.

Small dive in cocktail bar with a nice selection of beers. It gives a vibe as if you’re stepping into the 70’s. And once you get there, NO!, you cannot take the Elvis lamp with you or purchase it. Their cocktail menu is short and seems simple but it is packed with flavor.

Unique little place doing its own thing. Very welcoming and not at all exclusive. Easily the best bar we visited in Boston. Cash only but there's a cash machine. Don't miss it.

This quaint little bar has just 10 tables and offers a somewhat festive atmosphere. It operates on a cash-only basis, which is a quirky choice these days. The menu is limited but everything is well-prepared. The bean and cheese quesadillas came with a delicious fruit salsa that was a nice touch. The fish tacos were fresh, though they could have used a little more seasoning. My boyfriend enjoyed his mushroom tacos. They only had one dessert option: a brownie with ice cream. Unfortunately, they were out of ice cream but still charged full price, so we decided to skip dessert. Given the gas prices over five dollars per gallon, it seems I’m being extra frugal lately. The drink menu looked appealing, but since we're both avoiding alcohol this week, we didn’t get to sample any.
