I was very disappointed by everything! The service was terrible, the kitchen did not follow the instructions on the ticket. The calzone was burnt and inedible, and the pizza had ingredients that were requested not to be on it. We waited so long for our food that I didn't have the patience to send it back and reorder. Even if the food was perfect it is way overpriced. I have eaten at Matthew Kenny restaurants before, this was a huge disappointment, I wont to dine there again
I wish could say we had experienced it. We made a reservation over a month in advance through Open Table. We confirmed the reservation per usual. But when we arrived, the restaurant was closed. By that time, it was too late to find another reservation so we ate pop corn from Trader Joe’s on our final night of vacation. Not sure if this was an Open Table or restaurant snafu. But my advice is to call the restaurant and make sure you’re set before having the disappointing last night of vacation that we did.
The food was very good. The service was a mess. They may have been understaffed, but the waiter forgot his notepad, very flighty, did not come to check up, did not bring any napkins or silverware; we got our drinks after we finished our dinner- it was just a beer and a glass of wine, nothing crazy. They did not have the beer I requested, so they brought out something else and the waiter said he wouldn't charge me. He did charge me. The waiter seemed like a nice person, but kind of a mess. Food, again, was delicious.
Great vegan food. Warm and hospitable service. Can’t wait to return.
