The service sucks they must have new emloyees which they are in competent of their jobs plus they always have heroine addicts sluming around or even hanging out in front of the dunking donuts ?i wouldn't go here if my life depends on it!

Today 11/20/2023 at approximately 3:10pm was the worst customer service I have ever experienced at a Dunkin ' Donuts in my life. The person I dealt with today was extremely rude and impolite. And the worst place, honestly. I asked him to warm up my bagel twist because it was cold. He started screaming on his own insolently. He told me the water is not free. I told him I asked you to warm up my bagel twist because it was cold. I didn 't ask you for free water. I have my money . He said to me, I don 't understand what you want. I told him that if you do not understand, you should speak gently. He started speaking rudely. Worst customer service.

I usually never have a problem with Dunkin but this location specifically is never good. Today I went to go get breakfast before school and I asked for a croissant with American cheese and bacon and a refresher. They didn't have any croissants and didn't tell me they didn't before I ordered so I had to replace it with a bagel which I was fine with, but when I got my food and went to go eat it my refresher had little black things floating around it and I brought it back to get a new one and the new one had the same issue. My sandwich was completely wrong they gave me Swiss a cheese and sweet bacon which is not what I asked for. Not coming back here again because it's a constant issue...

The Spanish manager is very rude and have a very bad attitude.
