Dunkin' - Boston

I was reading some of these reviews from the last 5 years, and it seems this store has come a long way. I order from this Dunkins about 4 times a week, mobile order. Every single morning, my man (I believe his name is) Alt or Al (could not quite see the nametag clearly, says good morning Sean , hands me my order from the behind the counter, and tells me to have a great day, to which I reply you too , of course. I mean, you can 't get much more personable service than that. First name basis with a barista/cashier, however you want to refer to them as. I am thankful this is my go-to spot for coffee/breakfast in a hurry. Thanks team!!

A more expensive Dunkin because of the location. But it’s very small, no place to sit.

It's a Dunkin' what do you expect ? (Coffee is cheap and good but 50cts more expensive in this area?

The food is good but the service needs to listen a little more to the orders.

I ordered a large cold macchiato without ice. What I got was less than half a full drink because the rest was supposed to be occupied by ice. Never had this issue at other stores.
