Fiorella's Trattoria - Boston

Just had a hot honey chicken sandwich from Fiorella's Express today, one of the best sandwiches I've had in a long time. Highly recommended.

Angelo took my order with so much enthusiasm! He was knowledgeable about the menu and answered my questions. He even chimed in with cleverness and jokes! His upbeat positivity could be heard by the smile in his voice. I was so moved by it, I called backto praise him for it and then spoke to the manager about my experience. Now, the food. Oh, man! The food was divine and I willbe ordering again! Had gnocchi with procuitto, onions, garlic, spinach in butter sauce! It was delivered very quickly and thedelivery person even called to ask if I wanted it brought upstairs! Super duper kudos to their team. Overall great experience!

Updated review: they gave me regular pasta when i ordered gluten free (due to an allergy). I brought it back, they looked at it, and told me i was wrong. I didn't think i was, unless they changed their gluten free pasta i had ordered it numerous times inthe past and knew what their gf pasta looked like (penne), and this was different. But i'm naively decided to trust them. I atea bite, knew it didn't taste gluten free, and immediately got sick. I went BACK to the store front that night and had to arguemy case just to get it refunded. absolutely ridiculous and unsafe if you have allergies. Gave it two stars, not one, because ifallergies arent a concern, the food is ok. My original review of Fiorellas: often forget things for delivery/take out order.have forgotten drinks for every delivery order i've placed and now during covid, there was supposed to be a promo where you geta sealed envelope that has a coupon or cert that has to be opened in store. you're supposed to get one with every order. i'vemade two orders since in effect and i didn't get an envelope either time. food itself is decent

Good Italian food, service was quick and good quality with nice portion sizes. They let you customize almost all the food there and they are accommodative of peoples preferences and allergies. Definitely recommend for a decent meal.

They were so friendly, they made sure they got my order right, and they were quicker than the time they told me. I love their food (especially the gnocchis). Great place to go.
