Greco - Boston

Greco offers incredibly authentic and delicious Greek food that surprisingly arrives quickly. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, featuring simple decor with a modern, artistic flair brought to life by various knickknacks. My two favorite entrees are the Lamb Gyro, which pairs perfectly with a side of hot sauce, and the Zucchini Chips. I've taken several friends to the Newbury St. location, and each one of them remarked on how tasty the food was. Plus, the prices are quite reasonable!

This is an excellent dining spot! I sampled several of their gyros: pork, lamb, and the vegan option. Each one was delicious, and the portion sizes were just perfect—not too large or greasy, unlike many other Greek restaurants I’ve visited in Boston. They also have a small patio outside with tables, making it a nice place to sit when the weather is pleasant. Their Greek donut bites are fantastic as well. I tried the hazelnut and Oreo flavors and loved them. They are made fresh to order and taste amazing with the toppings they add on top.

A great quick stop for Greek food! The portion sizes were just right, and everything tasted fresh. The pitas were wonderfully fluffy and delicious. There were plenty of sauce and topping options to choose from. Definitely recommended for a visit!

The counter staff was incredibly friendly. We ordered the Horiatiki salad and a lamb pita, both of which were excellent; however, I would have preferred a bit more vegetables in the pita. It's no surprise that they are one of the highest-rated restaurants in Back Bay. It's definitely a place to check out if you're looking for a quick bite any time of day.

We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance while exploring downtown. As Greeks, we were pleasantly surprised by the food, which is very close to authentic Greek cuisine. It was lunch hour, and there was a line out the door, but it moved quickly and cleared out by around 1 PM.
