The best pancakes I ever had in my life. we went to the brunch, the place was very busy, but we sat as soon as we were there. the restaurant itself is beautiful, the waitresses were very nice what made the experience even better. now, eating: the pancakes are incredibly delicious, we went there while oster and they had the special pancakes with cadbury chocolate so worthy! the experience was so wonderful and the food was so good that I would definitely come back!
Great atmosphere with high tin ceiling, wooden booths and tables, red brick walls and outdoor seating on sidewalk tables with umbrellas, followed the locals here. Good food, lunch and dinner menu, daily specials and friendly service. Pizza smelled great, went back for takeout salad this weekend, easy to find on Warren Street near Bunker Hill Monument. Worth a visit!Vegetarian options: Lots of vegan options including among soup, salad and entreesKid-friendliness: Choices for kids meals
This place is A-OK. Solid bar fare with some solid items and some things to avoid. I've been to Monument several times and I can say that I love the vibe, the interior and staff is super friendly. Food is OK. I really like the Smashburger, that's the biggest standout for me. Its $20 (Or $22?? , but I felt it was well worth the price and its super filling. You can get fries, salad or 50/50 as a side. Some of the specials are pretty good too- they had a Korean rib entree that was very moist and tender. Drinks are pretty good here too- I don't think I've had a bad one yet. A couple things I would avoid is the pizza. The toppings are nice but the crust a little too wet for my liking. I've had the wings a few times and while the flavor is nice, they are a very dry. Like for-the-love-of-God-make-sure-there's-water near-by dry. The place is sneaky pricey. For a couple of entrees and drinks, you'll probably be close to $70- $80 bucks and closer to $100 after tipping. It's a solid spot but at that price point there's probably other offerings just outside of Charlestown that are a better value. But its you're in the area or you don't want to leave town- it's worth visiting.
Great spot in Charlestown for food and drinks. Great food and service. Outdoor seating as well. The pizza is fantastic and great selection of beers.
