Panera Bread - Boston

I found hair in my food, both under the bread and inside the sandwich. It was obvious that no one in the kitchen was wearing hair nets. When I brought this to their attention, they appeared upset and were quite rude about it.

It's Panera, so the food is generally good. However, I had an issue with the service. I ordered a grilled cheese at the kiosk, but I received a tuna salad sandwich instead. I also ordered a brownie, but they were out of stock and substituted a cookie (to be fair, they did inform me about the substitution when they handed me my order). The staff seemed completely disinterested.

An incredibly kind staff member brought out water and chicken for my dog. It truly restored my faith in humanity.
