After a hectic week of visiting friends and going out at night, we needed some fuel to tackle a morning of exploring Beacon Hill. Paramount delivered just that. We decided to go there religiously on a Saturday morning, and we were not disappointed. The selection was extensive: pancakes, fruit, sandwiches, eggs, smoothies, and an array of delicious juices to suit all tastes. The space itself may not be very large, but there is enough turnover at the tables so you typically don't have to wait long. If the weather is nice, they even have a terrace. I highly recommend this restaurant for brunch. They offer a delicious range of items from their famous burgers to chocolate chip pancakes. The service is consistent and despite it being a popular spot, there always seems to be space available. Definitely worth a visit!
