Rosa Mexicano - Boston

Our group visited this restaurant after a long day of business. The service was, to put it mildly, strange. Our waiter seemed to be either attempting to be humorous or was completely out of it.

Tip: Avoid sitting outside. I went for a late lunch and opted for their pronto menu, which includes a half-sized appetizer and a half-sized entrée. There was a nice variety to choose from. I...
