Ruka - Boston

Visited here for the first time for a birthday dinner last night--party of 8.

This is my fourth time heIt used to bee my favorite place inn Boston.

2.5 *'s seriously overrated (based on 1 visit) I really wanted to love this place- I love Peruvian food and Japanese but Ruka didn't hit it out of the

Sat at the bar and Robert was taking care of us. He made amazing drinks for us. You MUST try one of his specials. The food was served quickly and was cooked perfectly. I will be back!

The service and ambiance here was excellent. The menu was very well rounded. We got filet mignon and Royal Red Shrimp to share with salads, sauteed garlic mushrooms and baked potato. There were baskets of a variety of breads and two kinds of butter. Truffles were provided at the end of the meal. It was a beautiful dining experience!
