This by far is one of the most beautiful hotels in which I stayed. the lobby is great and the rooms are perfectly decorated. the story is very cool.

The poor customer service I encountered during my visit was disheartening. The staff appeared disinterested and unhelpful.

Terrible personal. we are slow and aloof, bar channels were rude, and valet was absolutely atrocious. beautiful hotel, but they prioritize it.
