Starbucks - Boston

The food at this restaurant is awful. The service is poor, and one particular server constantly gets my order (and others) wrong. Despite its convenience to my location, I make an effort to avoid this place as much as possible.

I have had the same experience as others mentioned before me. Ashley would not let me purchase a Starbucks cup and I did not understand her reasoning.

This was the worst experience I've ever had at Starbucks. The barista, Ashley, ignored me and chatted with her friend instead of helping me. When she finally came to take my order, she didn't even greet me and then told me she couldn't make any of the drinks I asked for, not even a basic iced coffee.

The worst Starbucks experience I have ever had. The Starbucks attendant (Ashley) would not come up to serve me but instead talked to her friend at the other side of the counter then when she finally came over to help didn’t even say hi then proceeded to tell me she couldn’t make ANY of the drinks I wanted not even a plain ice coffee.

I had my worst Starbucks experience earlier this week at this store... I waited for 15mins while there were only two people in front of me. Why? Bc the staff (a young girl wearing glasses) doesn’t know what the heck is time management! For example, she just stood their staring at the oven timer for three minutes to get sandwiches heated instead of using the waiting time to take my order and make my drink! Customers behind me were running out of patience too. And that’s not the worst part yet. I saw a new drink on the big poster and asked her if I could have that, and she said no we don’t have it... I was so confused cuz if you don’t have it why bother having that big poster? So I ended up not getting anything after waiting for 15mins... oh well...
