Starbucks - Boston

This morning Dana and the rest of the staff were completely kind and helpful especially with my complicated order. I know they are short staffed but I greatly appreciated how they made sure to make my drink perfectly correct and tasty before a full day of teaching kindergarten. My favorite Starbucks in the area. Thank you!!!!

Took like ten minutes and 6 ppl walking past the register before someone took my order

This location is usually nice, but is suffering from serious product and worker shortage. The store routinely closes early without notice. Starbucks needs to increase barista pay quickly so their locations can stay open as scheduled.

I used to come to this location daily but the last few months the employees just push their liberal agenda down your throat to the point where I'm uncomfortable to grab a coffee there. 9 10 times you're not going to get whatever you ordered correctly because god forbid the barista that's there is that one that's always rolling her eyes every time she has to make a drink acting like it's a chore. We get it everyone that goes to STARBUCKS works how the hell else could we afford a 7 drink? God forbid you order a head of time the employees look at as of your invisible so many times I've just reached for my drink under the plexiglass because after 5 minutes I got tired of being ignored! I work in a hospital and if I treated my patients like these associates treat the customers let's just put it this way your location wouldn't be open at all. It's bad enough when everyone from the north end see's each other at the Fanueil hall location and it's the same reason why we all switched because the other location has bad attitudes. I seen a familiar face from the real estate company and a girl they works at ups and said they switched locations because it was less of a headache to deal with. A few weeks ago this location closed down at 1 because they were short staffed and only had two employees please two years ago when this location was actually busy all the time you only had 2 baristas working Jeff and Ray or even Kevin and Jim or Loren or Jamal they could handle it! I'm sorry but with the exception of Prince,Ray,Danasie, Loren and Dena the rest need to be retrained or moved to another location with your poor attitudes.

I've visited this restaurant a few times, and compared to many others, this one stands out as a favorite for me. The service is highly attentive and well-managed. The seating areas are beautifully designed, creating a friendly atmosphere. The vanilla sweet cream was delicious here. The bathrooms were also in perfect condition, making for a very pleasant overall experience!
