So we stood there for a few minutes and decided to sit down. no server came to the table. after 10 minutes I flew someone down and asked if there was a server. he had no answer, not sure if there was a language barrier. So we decided to go. that was our hotel restaurant, came back the next day when it was quieter and was able to get a few drinks at the bar. beautiful bartender, but still a bad taste after what happened the day before.
It was all good fun Friday evening with friends. good drinks and eating.
Booked a table for my family of 5, went through rain to get there, and met through the recipe that could not be much worse. we were told that all tables were taken in a hurry, no reserved tables were available (despite see tables with reserved signs). no apologies or accommodation was made for us, they were rude and not helpful. we rush back to the rainy evening and found a fabulous place close to that could not have been more accommodating and wonderful. I strongly advise the girls to go elsewhere.
Had a 12:00 brunch on a Sunday and were the first. the place itself is well illuminated, pleasant and had a music playlist that seemed written for two new 40 damen. the service was fantastic and the food was also delicious. the avocado toast was a perfect size. my only complicity is that they were from bubbly so I couldn't get mimic, and I can't keep my alcohol. So three cocktails later they went down a little too smoothly! we loved it. will be back at our next visit to boston.
Really great venue, fantastic service, specialty cocktails delicious as was the food.
