Ugis Subs - Boston

The dining experience at this restaurant has declined; even my 8-year-old son couldn't finish our tasteless subs.

I ordered from this restaurant three times last week and it was the same order each time. The first time was great, but the second time (ordering the same meal) was not consistent. The meat was dry, the side dish was wrong, and when I called to complain, I was hung up on twice (possibly due to their phone system). They were relatively quick to replace the order, but I had to leave my office and explain the problem in person. As for parking, there are only about 4 public parking spots in front of the shop.

This restaurant is a fantastic choice for a quick meal on the go or a relaxing break between meetings or daily errands.

Sometimes they enjoy the classic burgers and riders in a bag that is not to love.

Always a decent steak and cheese, minus allll the greasiness. The man at the counter is always nice, friendly and i honor them and their integrity. Always clean tables and a tv to enjoy for a few minutes, while you eat
