Zesto's Pizza Grille - Boston

The onion rings were fantastic, but the pizza was just average. It seems like the oven might not be hot enough, as the cheese is gooey and lacks any browning.

I’ve been going to Zesto’s for years, and I really enjoy their pasta dishes. The service is quick and friendly, and the food is delicious. Plus, the portion sizes are quite generous.

I ordered slices before when in the neighborhood, but it seems they were held for a while under the warmer and reheated.So I figured, lets give fresh delivery a chance. MUCH better! The cheese pizza is your traditionally greek style, oily crisp on the bottom, fluffy, good balance of cheese and the sauce is good.Also ordered Chicken parm with onion and green peppers, extra sauce. Not a true chicken parm since looks like they are using cut chicken tenderloins, but was nice and hot, bread wasn't overly toasted and was soft, and once again that sauce is good.Recommended. This and ideal cafe and pizza are tied.

This restaurant is just down the road from my home. While it's not my favorite type of pizza—I'm more of a fan of south shore bar pizza—this place serves really good pizza. I recommend it for takeout! My friend also stopped by and had an Italian sub, which they loved too!
