Contribuisci feedbackTried to stop in here to grab two sandwiches before we went to a show in Seattle. Thought we were going to have just a quick stop in and then go park and eat before our show. We walk in and there’s no one except a pickup order in the lobby, so you assume things will move moderately quickly. Normally we wait 5 mins at the most for our sandwiches, but today we waited almost 20 mins. There’s was one girl and two guys and the girl was making sandwiches while I don’t even know what the other two were doing. Not a great place to get fast food anymore apparently, at least at this location. Sandwiches were still good because they usually are but jeez Louise, what happened to freaky fast? Lol
The tall ponytailed human who rang me up did not greet me and just stood there until I greeted him. I’m not sure if this is your first job, regardless it’s super off putting , rude, and uninviting to do. He clearly was not thrilled to be there and couldn’t wait to go back to socializing . The guy who gave me my food was very polite and kind . Blonde fellow with piercings I believe. The food quality there is always meh. The lettuce is always brown and the pickles seem to have been sitting for a while as they’re are translucent which isn’t super normal. It’s disappointing this is the only JJ in the area. I’ll have to look for a different company in the area.
Edited to add the following Received a message from the store email accusing me of swearing at the PIC and shorting my last order by $5 as I paid in quarters. How they will no longer do business with me. How can I short pay an online orders? I don 't go into the store. This guy must want to be fired or something. Who does that??I love Jimmy John 's and have ordered online from this store 5 or so times in the last 3 months and have never had a problem. It is usually the same delivery person too. Tonight, I placed an order at 6pm. At 6:40, I noticed that it went from out for delivery to my order summary. I call, figure they are busy but wanted to check. The guy said the driver was still out delivering and would check back with me when he returned. 7:15 I call again. He apologized for not calling and said it was delivered, the driver rang the bell and left it. I told him my recliner sits next to my big window at my front door. No one came by, and I had obviously been keeping an eye out.I asked when he could have it redelivered, and he said all he can do is offer a refund. Of course, I am upset and said, Why? You don 't close until 9, and I want the food I waited over an hour and a half for! By no means did I yell. It was a more surprised reaction. He then said well now I won 't do it because you are screaming at me. Order from somewhere else and hung up. I called back, and he would just pick up and hang up the phone. I am 100% shocked. This owner needs to be aware of how customers are being treated by this gentleman. I was in no way upset the first time I called, and I did not, at any point, scream at anyone. Unfortunately, bad experiences are shared more often than good ones. After I speak with the owner or corporate, I will update this review. Sadly, I won 't be able to order from there again as who knows what he would do or if I would get my food.Delivery orders beware.
Took one bite and nearly missed a bug. Disgusting. I am currently waiting on a refund.
