Contribuisci feedbackThe interior design is new and very pleasant, but the staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. It feels like they have no concept of customer service. I ordered a coffee through the mobile app and forgot to request less syrup. When I tried to ask in person, the main lady making orders didn 't even look at me. Instead, she told her coworker to listen to what he says. I have never encountered such rudeness from any Starbucks employees. The coworker just stared at me without saying anything. I took my coffee and sat down to study. Five minutes later, I saw the same lady shouting at another customer, who seemed nice and probably had just asked a question. In any case, you never go that high in your tone of your voice when serving people. Ruined all impression. I will never come back to this location. And white lady with tattoo on arm and headsets never should serve people until gets full training on how to talk with customers.
As soon as I walk in she says don't leave your bags outside for too long. I didn't say don't take forever getting a real job...
Visited with friends. Noisy inside.. hard to hear each other…
The white female baristas look like they’re under forced labor. With their frowned face, I literally get afraid to place an order. And my hot coffee is barely hot…very poor service!
Ellen saved the day! My order went to the wrong store (another one on same street but app lists it has a different street). and Ellen made by day by taking care of this for me and making my order perfectly!
