I was in a mood for pho on a late Sunday morning, so I stopped by the Bamboo House on the southwest corner of 228th St SE and Bothell-Everett.

This is our go to place for take out in the Canyon park neighborhoodWe've been having their food for more than 6 years.

Good food and atmosphere for lunch or dinner any day of the year. They seem to be open everyday. Prices are reasonable. Pork sandwiches are amazing.

Very sad customer service here by the older female. I’ve been a frequent customer for many years now. I’ve enjoyed their food, though the quality has diminished through the years. But the other day the lady wouldn’t sell me their vermicelli bowl sauce because I had gone to a different restaurant instead of theirs. I HAD to go somewhere else because I was in Seattle, I’m pregnant and was very hungry. Unfortunately, the sauce I got from the place in Seattle tasted like chemicals so I thought I could go to my usual spot to purchase theirs. Instead of selling it to me she enviously was “punishing” me for not going to them first. That if I hadn’t gone somewhere else then she’d sell me her sauce. Pretty sad and pathetic. This kind of customer service really drives people away. I hope that someone from this establishment reads this and changes how they treat their customers.
