Was here with my gals after our spa treatments. Very nice staff. Able to accommodate us even when we show up 30 minutes before they closed. I didn't have their food but all my gals it was delicious! If you are a beer lover you will like this place. They had a huge draft list especially when it come to IPA. They also offer wine and non-alcoholic drinks. Great spot to hang out with friends and grab a drink or two!
Awesome food (best Brussels Sprout in a long time, pro tip add fried chicken; delicious fresh quinoa salad; amazing Pho?ench sandwich with very tasty fries , great local beer selection, and fabulous service (thanks, Alex! !! Highly recommended! Veggie, vegan, and meaty options. Thank you!
Alex was great! I tried the Gluten-free IPA Ghostfish Kick Step and Tacos....probably the best tacos I 've eaten in my 41yrs. After eating I sat outside and enjoyed my IPA. Smoked Pork Carnitas: pickled red onions, pickled jalapeños, cilantro, smoky Aioli, corn tortillas.
Overall: Would go back if I was in the Bothell area but I wouldnt rush to go out of my way. FOOD: Beer Battered Cheese Curds $9.00 (Ellsworth Wisconsin cheese curds, serrano jelly, smoky aioli): Probably one of the best thing on the menu. The curds are deep fried until golden and crisp on the outside. The two sauce compliment the curds very well. The only thing I would probably want is a little bit of heat in the jelly but its serrano so its pretty mild. Fried Chicken $17.00 (Fried chicken thigh, guacamole, pickled red onion, cilantro, choice of honey sriracha or Aardvark habanero, served on Macrina potato Bun): I like the sandwich but definitely not the best chicken sandwich I've had. Until I wrote this review, I actually didnt realize there was guacamole in the sandwich but thats probably a plus for me since i'm not a huge fan of guac. My biggest issue with the sandwich was the amount of cilantro they had in the sandwich I pulled an extremely large thick stem out of my sandwich. Special of the day Fried Chicken Vodka Sandwich $17.00 (Fried chicken thigh, arugula, vodka sauce, served on Macrina potato bun): Very similar to the regular fried chicken sandwich but it had a ladle of vodka sauce on in the middle. Warm Brussel Sprout Caesars $11.00 (Agro dolce onions, roasted shallot Caesar dressing, Parmesan, house croutons): I did not have this but someone in our group ordered it. 1) the salad was soooo small to the point that it was pretty sad. It looked like a side item that should have come along side a sandwich or a burger. 2) Very oily. Our friend didnt even finish this. BEVERAGES: This is a great place if you want a pretty good list of beers. They have a ton of options for ales, IPA, a couple of stouts, and few cider options. They provide a drink menu as well as all the same drinks are listed out on the wall next to the bar. They do not provide samples anymore but if you dont like your beer choice, they will replace it. RESTAURANT/INTERIOR: Family friendly restaurant. Dog friendly if seated outside. Clean but small but decent size restaurant. They have a bar with about 8 2 4 person tables, 1 picnic table inside that could fit 6 8, and about 6 picnic tables for outdoor seating. We got very lucky to grab a table without any wait but this is not an ideal place for large groups. STAFF: Very friendly group of people from the hostess to the waitress. Veronica was quick to introduce herself and was always available if we had any request. She checked on us periodically without feeling like she was hovering.
