Contribuisci feedbackI have never experienced this concept before all cures except dessert with truffle! this was really a good food and the four of us will never forget this last meal of our vacation in the Provence. beautifully presented in a magnificent garden. service was very...friendly no brexit vibes here! if they like the taste of the truffle, this is the place to come. it is expensive, but for us everyone was worth penny (or euro I should say) incredible!
We were only one night in the opposite and decided that this would be a good choice. the booking was simple, but they didn't have us when we arrived, but there were no other diners. the menu is a little complex, choice of winter or...summer or a mix of truffle then a three or four cursor! we had the four cures with a mixture of truffles. the starter of rührei was raised! then skalopps had absolutely delicious! the main course of the huh was delicious, but it was raw! when we had asked why we had not eaten, we explained that it was raw, apologised the waitress, but that was it! nothing has taken off the bill! chocolate pudding with truffle ice cream was very delicious. kellnerin was beautiful, quite expensive, the raw huh was regrettable because everything was beautiful!
That is probably the right, fine restaurant of cabries and bouc belair with a very pleasant terrace with an Asian inspired art design. the king of this menu, as the name implies, is the truffle. because we were here in the summer, we realized that the overall quality of the truffle would not be that of autumn during the season. still the evening meal was quite right. this was certainly not the best meal of the trip and nowhere near the best truffle I had, but this can be a reflection of the season again. the meal was solid. After you have said this and realized that truffles are expensive, you have to admit that the value was not great. if this had been one of them, they knock their socks out of truffle menus then everything is worth the price, but in all three we had, the truffle not with taste, only texture. for the high prices, that is not really enough so that the value, at least in this at night in summer, was missing.

Starters of scrambled eggs was sublime! Then had scallops absolutely yummy! Main course of chicken was tasty, however it was raw! When asked why we hadn't eaten it we explained that it was raw, the waitress apologised but that was it! Nothing taken off the bill! Chocolate pudding with truffle ice cream was very tasty though. Waitress was lovely, quite expensive, the raw chicken was unfortunate because everything was lovely!
