Contribuisci feedbackI have a lasting appreciation for a good Big Mac. No matter how a cashier or server is feeling, it's never acceptable to treat them poorly or add to their bad day. Having spent 20 years in the customer service industry, I continue to smile each day because I know I’ve done my best and that my interactions can leave someone feeling happier when they go home.
It really varies. I've experienced amazing service there, but I've also had a run-in with a rude staff member who gave me the wrong drink. She then leaned out the window to hand me the correct drink and accidentally hit it against the window. Fortunately, I was in a good mood that day, or things might have escalated. I suppose we're both lucky that I kept my cool, otherwise, I might have reacted very differently!
The food was what you would expect from a classic McDonald's, but the service was outstanding. Carina, the manager, truly showed concern for us and the other patrons. She made sure to check on us frequently and was incredibly attentive. Thank you!
Barb and other staff were super friendly this morning. Food was nice and hot and children were happy. Definitely recommend
