Bohemian Biergarten - Boulder

Amazing first visit to the Biergarten. I got a honey beer which was super tasty. Everyone was very friendly at the bar. The staff was 10/10 helpful. And hands down the best Reuben in Boulder, this restaurant is awesome.

Being half German myself, I can confidently say that this restaurant truly captures the essence of a German dining experience. The service is friendly, quick, and enjoyable. The schnitzel is consistently delicious every time I visit. They also have a great selection of German beers on tap. Overall, it's a fantastic place to dine.

Wow!!! Food is ! So good the beer was cold and crisp and so refreshing tried three different kinds. They were all just as good as the one before. The food though omg my legs are still shaking the schnitzel was seasoned perfectly and so tender! The mushroom gravy was next lever rich with a smooth creaminess to it. The spatzel was so fresh they make it in house and WOW! I couldn't stop eating it was so stuffed however I kept going back for more! Thanks for the great experience. The gm was very friendly has a thick European accent he was very fun to chat with.

I was in Colorado for a few days and had been wanting to try this restaurant. I stayed in Brighton for the night and drove to Boulder. The place had a cool vibe inside and the service was great. I really enjoyed the food, especially the appetizers like Polish Pierogies and Bavarian Poutine. I ordered the fish n chips with Pangasius Fish and they were delicious, served with fries and slaw. Others in my group had the Ruben sandwiches. They had a nice selection of cold beers on tap. The restaurant was clean and well-managed. Although there was a nice outdoor dining area, it was too cold outside as there was still snow on the ground from a recent storm. It was a perfect dining experience overall.

The food at this restaurant was excellent. The fries were crispy and the sausages were juicy and flavorful. Although the schnitzel was on the smaller side, it was well-prepared and tender. The mustards available as condiments were outstanding. The fried perogies were delicious. The host and wait staff were very friendly and polite, providing attentive and helpful service. We arrived for lunch and the front of the restaurant was full, so they seated us in the spacious and cozy back area. We enjoyed the decorations and plan to return in the future.
