Elephant Fusion Café Bakery - Boulder

Edit: Instead of addressing the issue, the owner chose to dismiss my experience as untrue and ignored their need for improvement. I think that speaks volumes about their service!

I had the best salad in a long time—the Arabic salad. It featured a refreshing mix of greens, cucumber, tomato, and radish, along with crispy fried pita bits and generous portions of juicy lamb gyro meat on top. The staff were friendly as well. I’ll definitely be returning!

The food was fantastic! My partner loved the falafel, and the pita was delightful too. I requested my dumplings to be medium spicy, but they had no heat at all (even my partner, who has a low spice tolerance, agreed). I suspect they might have accidentally given me the mild version. However, it didn't detract from the dish; the dumplings were incredibly flavorful and I would definitely order them again, regardless of the spice level. While prices seem to be on the rise everywhere, this place felt somewhat costly for its casual vibe, and the portions were standard single servings. Overall, I was really impressed with the quality of the food, and I would recommend it to anyone—especially if you're dining with a group that has diverse cravings. They truly excel at fusion cuisine!

This is easily the best restaurant in Boulder. The food quality is outstanding, and the prices are very reasonable! There’s something for everyone, and the staff is incredibly welcoming. It’s truly a hidden gem in Boulder.
