One of the best in the Country -if possible, dont miss it
My wife and I tried the four course menu, we tasted the Crudo di Trota, and Asparagi for the antipasto. The trout was excellent, the asparagus was simply divine. The primo was Risotto di Montagna and Paglia e Fieno. Both were excellent. For Secondi we tried Anatra and the A5 Manzo. The beef was buttery, and tasted great. The duck was a disappointment for me. Dolci were Soursop and Magnolia. The Soursop was an experience in texture and really tasty. We also tasted a shot of tomato water, I liked it a lot. The Sourdough Bread was fresh and delicious, they use their own starter. The service was amazing. It was a superb experience.
Excellent anniversary dinner! I love that they have a full 9 course chefs tasting menu but also have a four course to pick your own dishes. The service was amazing, it seemed everyone in the restaurant knew it was our anniversary and really made it feel special. The food was very unique and I was blown away by how much I enjoyed some of the dishes I was a little skeptical about. Highly recommend doing the wine pairings but if the price is a little too much, you’re able to get tasters of the selections you want without having to commit to all of them.
Came here on a whim while in boulder and was blown away! Absolutely extraordinary food! Each course wildly exceeded my expectations. The fact bean pasta type dish was my favorite, but the lamb, desserts, asparagus, halibut, and every other dish we had here really exceeded expectations. I’ve been to Michelin star restaurants in other cities/states/countries and this one really excels. I think more stars in the future! Will be back for sure, worth every penny.
