Gaia Masala And Burger - Boulder

Pricey but the owner is great and he even recognized us. I've never tried the burgers but I've seen them, they look like Good Burgers but you can get those anywhere. I always go with a masala dish of some kind. the paneer,,,

Gaia masala is my favorite spot on the hill! The garlic cheese naan is always a go to for me.The first time I tried Gaia Masala, I got it for free from a generous staff member who saw me and my friends sitting outside. The staff always makes an effort to be kind to customers (even if they are disruptive). I cannot recommend this place enough!!

This place is super cute! the food is delicious, so so good, the atmosphere is nice, and the staff is so lovely! Nischal who always helps us is incredibly kind and always has great recommendations. literally every time we try something new, it’s excellent, but the tikka masala cheesesteak and tikka masala fries and honey naan are definitely our staple

Sloppy, soggy, and not too far off from what you would order from Taco Bell. There is a reason this place is open as late as they are and drunk people stumble through. It’s overly salty, spicy and greasy. It’s good in a pinch when you’re wasted but peopleSaying this is the best in boulder only hang out on the hill. Go to curry n kebob on 28th.
