Hapa Sushi Grill And Sake - Boulder

Visiting from out of town. Went here for some Sushi and my wife got Udon. The sushi was outstanding and my wife enjoyed the Udon.

We went into the new location of Hapa Sushi in Boulder. How unfortunate the old charm is completely gone. It’s industrialized. Tables jammed together. Everything highly polished and sleek. Young, inexperienced servers with no social skills.Very disappointing. Won’t be going back there with so many other fine restaurants in town.This is an example of corporate greed. Not knowing when a good thing shouldn’t be changed.

Amazing modern-style sushi in a great stylish atmosphere.

Service was a little slow but all together had such a great time.The Bonfire bowl is literally one of my most favorite things in the world to get and as usual it did not disappoint.We had less time than I would have hoped to eat as food took longer than expected but not anything to complain about or keep me from coming back.

Such a cool spot in Boulder, try to make a reservation as it can be quite busy. The scallop nigiri was amazing, will be back! The salmon roll was great too.
