Supermoon - Boulder

Great sense of humor with Star Wars theme cocktail names. Drinks were good. Food was full of taste, Umami, a little spice, great texture, crispy vegetables. Just what we needed after a long day on the street. I'd like to see you again. If Supermoon was back home, it would be one of our regular spots.

This weekend we dined on the terrace at Supermoon and it was absolutely wonderful! The music gave me a little dancing through dinner, and the food and drinks were beyond expectations! The fried chicken wings were exceptionally delicious; we ordered a second round, the sweet chili sauce was amazing. The asparagus and snowpea preparation was fresh, unexpected and delightful. The whole dimming was delicious (the red pepper sauce was fabulous! and the dessert was a delicious cap until evening. Can't wait to visit again.

The food here is interesting. Not my cup of tea but still really well executed. Flavors were balanced, though a little salty. The ribs were some of the better ribs I've had at a restaurant that wasn't a bbq joint. The staff here are some of the friendliest folks around. I'd come here again

Hands down, the best Fried Chicken Wings ever! Made with Rice Flour so they are GF and I was told they are DF too. Unique Asian healthy menu. If you are meat and potatoes people this restaurant is probably not for you! Apparantly they have some popular drinks! Nice environment, friendly staff. Remind the kitchen staff that we can see a d hear them easily, that's important!

This place is a great find. Directly opposite Hotel St. Julien, where we were. Excellent service and food. Unique aromas and cocktails.
