Food is alright.Food is fast, and relatively cheap for Pearl street.Indoor seating is limited, but they have outdoor seating available looking out onto Pearl street that is nice during the warmer months.

Went on a Tuesday so the staff may not have been the A-team but this place is either resting on its laurels or extremely overhyped. Disappointed with everything ordered. Not authentic. Not spicy. Barely came out warm enough to eat. Beware of price gouging on the sauces coupled with alarming sauceless noodles.

I rarely post reviews these days, but this issue is infuriating. I 've been a loyal customer since the opening of the restaurant but things have changed in the last couple years. I don 't know what it is with this place and guarding the potsticker sauce with their life, but EVERY time I place an order and ask for extra sauce (or a pickup order asking for extra sauce), they hand me $30 40 worth of food (obviously for multiple people) with one 2fl oz cup of sauce which is meant to go with a single serving according to the menu. When I ask for more sauce (usually for the second time), the staff is always super weird about it. It 's an uncomfortable experience with staff who are, for whatever reason, directly ignoring requests without communicating what the problem is.I 'm done with Zoe Ma Ma for a while. Hopefully management can manage a little better.
