American sushi Boulogne

We were served by a young man of Indian origin with a very original hairstyle. We enjoyed his smile and his professionalism.As for our meal, I recommend the different sushis like those to mozzarella to change and the cheeseburger was delicious despite it being cold.

I fell on the American sushi by chance and was drawn to his paradoxical name. I wondered if I hadn't made a mistake when I saw the map: Japanese cuisine (sushi, makis)., German cuisine (bagel. even if it is possible to indicate that the bagel comes from Autriche or Bologna), French snack (sandwiches) but also Middle East cuisine (kebab). In short, a melo of dishes. But what I ate was not bad at all: sushi and makis. If it wasn't the best sushi, I admit I had eaten some of the worst in many Japanese restaurants. the price paid was correct: 16 € for six makis and nine sushis. fresh, copied portions. However, sushi is not traditionally served: neither wasabi nor ginger. A little pity. The note that I am attributing represents a whole. Indeed, I loved the cosmopolitan side of the American sushi. In addition to a varied cuisine geographically, the staff is also diverse: I was received by an Israelite, my dish was prepared by a Japanese cook, and served by an Indian server (finally, I think). I found it well. Moreover, the reception was smiling and pleasant.For a nice moment, without eating huge kitchen, this establishment is suitable.

We tried this restaurant because everyone didn't want the same thing.One wanted to eat burger, the other pizza and another sushi ... so perfect resto for that, everybody is happy and it's not bad for a fast food (sushi correct, bagel sympa, burger good, medium pizza, there's also pantins and kebab it seems to me). Weird concept mixing burgers and sushi. Why not, it's a little pearl harbor in the plate. The burgers have nothing extraordinary, the fries are frozen as in most fast-foods, the suchis are standard, with an American rating according to the model (inch-mayo-cornich). I recommend more delivery than overplace. This will avoid an endless waiting during rushes, and the smell of the liquid to "do the windows" that will serve to clean your table.
