A table of the terrace at the edge of the street was assigned to us, while it was reserved for other people, but we stayed there longer than we wanted, the service entrusted, after the order, to a beginner being not very reactive. While none of the chosen dishes, resulting from assemblies, required cooking, apart from fries, we waited for them long enough. The two who had chosen a copied salad were satisfied but the other two dishes did not match their traditional recipe: The chicken bread of the Caesar salad was not necessary; it included gruyère instead of the parmesan of the recipe; However, shavings were provided after the application. I had to insist, as is more and more often the case, to get the ingredients for the seasoning of the tartare steack that I had requested unprepared; There was too much onion and the green salad sauce was not a simple vinaigrette but, it seemed, an industrial sauce. The fries, a little crispy, could have been more. The other guests who have chosen a fairly ordinary fruit salad, my lunch, however, was well finished with a good chocolate mousse.

I took a break at the end of the day to drink a glass on the terrace. A group of six people sitting close to me screamed and screamed. I got a phone call and politely asked them to speak a little less loud because I didn't hear anything.
