We had great service from Anna and John was amazing. He remade the sandwich and it was delicious! We will definitely be back!

Stopped in for a quick bite to eat on Sunday afternoon. Our waiter, Brandon, came over to the table and took our beverage order. He advised that the kitchen was running slow and suggested placing our order. We ordered the fried pickles, and they are usually decent. Today, they came out cooked but not crispy. We ordered the arugula salad and a side salad. The apples in the side salad had an extreme sour taste to them. The side salad came out warm, and the cucumbers were either heated up under the heat lamp or were rotten. When Brandon checked on the food, I advised him of the issue with the side salad, and he got a replacement. The result was the same with the cucumbers, so obviously it's a problem in the kitchen. Usually, the ingredients are fresh. If the food came out better, the review would have been 5 stars.

Anne was a great waitress. She made our experience at 22West the best!

Ordered online. Apparently to get the lettuce and tomato shown in the picture they have to be specially ordered. And the side salad, for which we were charged, was missing.

Our waitress was extremely nice, however it took over 1.5 hours to get our food despite the table next to us getting their food even though they came in after. The place was very cute but it was a very long wait unfortunately
