Pizza Hut - Bountiful

Edit 10/1/22 In the last year we've done carryout a couple of times from this location and there has been an improvement. They remodeled the inside and they seem to have fixed some of their staffing issues. I guess they changed their hours and didn't update it online.

This isn’t specifically this locations fault, but is a criticism of your company’s website. Your location closes at 8 on Sunday. If I place an order online, I shouldn’t have to go to the end of my order only to find out that you are closed when I try to pay. You really need to fix this so that you don’t waste people’s time. It’s incredibly negligent/lazy website design.

Rude staff. The pizza was overcooked and had the wrong topping.

I ordered my pizza through the app and it gave me the “big box deal” for $26.99, after getting there the employee said it will be $38. He said they don’t honor the deal and they’ve been working on getting it removed from their location? Then he said if I don’t pay the $38 I won’t get the pizza. I pay only to get home and discover both pizzas were undercooked, and the bread was still very doughy.
