One of the best sandwiches I’ve had here in a while. Thanks for making it to my liking.

We ordered 2 sandwiches with extra peppers ?️, when we get home, we found they did not give what we want. Called the store, they acknowledged the error. Asked to come and collect our credit whenever we want. We agree that mistakes happen and it is not a problem. But next day when we went to collect food,Manger on shift, was very rude and yelled at my kid, saying they can give peppers, yelling on customers in side store. We felt very embarrassed. Here the problem, Jimmy johns need understand is store did not deliver what we as customers asked. Mistakes can happen, but store manager can not yell on customers.very low standards of customer service. Hope Jimmy johns takes this seriously and improve the situation at store.

The nastiest Jimmy Johns I’ve ever had a “sandwich” from. Pretty sure they grabbed mine from the garbage.

I’ve found a hair in my sandwich twice. First hair was a cat hair. Second was a long, brown hair. Sealed the deal for me never ordering from here again. I suggest you check your sandwich ahead of time for “extra toppings”.

This location is VERY unprofessional. waited over an 30 minutes for my order and didn’t even get all of it, when i called to complain i was yelled at because they were short staffed and had only two delivery drivers. i was blamed for the fact they were under staffed. she screamed at the top of her lungs at me for getting MY order incorrect. i will never be ordering from this location ever again. if you’re so unprepared for a day of work let people know before hand or don’t open your location. :
