Mcdonald's - Bourbonnais Township

Every single time, I order ahead of time through their app and select curbside pickup, its always a 10 to 20 minute wait, last week it was 45 minutes. Everytime I call they say they're waiting on fresh food, but it never is, unfortunately this is the McDonald's near my job, today's fresh food consisted of cold fries and a sloppy sandwhich and it was only a 15 munute wait after ordering ahead!!??‍

Ordered 5 cheese burgers and 1 lrg fry and a shamrock shake. Pretty simple!! Got the order home and no fries?? Done with lazy workers!!!

If it was anything less than a star that's what I would give spent 30 minutes of my 45 min break waiting in this place to still get the wrong food with cold 15 fries they counted and gave me.as the staff was joking around when they were suppose to be

The only McDonald 's in the Kankakee, Bradley and Bourbonnais area where the staff is friendly and when you ask for well done french fries, you actually get hot and crispy french fries! Thank you!

This location is one of the best in the area when it comes to having the order right and fresh. Staff is underpaid and overworked, but they don't let that stop them from providing excellent service.
