High-end kitchen, high-end service. Fresh ingredients, innovative recipes. The lobster caps are out of this world, it's the best dish I've had in my life. The cognac of the terroir at the barrique "signature dessert" is a pleasure for the eyes, with an incredible technique (molecular cooking). Do not hesitate to choose the menu. The dishes are well topped but golden enough so you can taste everything and enjoy it.
A magnificent setting on the edge of the tank, a welcome and service to the height of its star. seasonal and local products, sublimated by innovative and refined cuisine. a pleasure for eyes and taste buds. staff is very attentive and an excellent advice is very appreciated. for a romantic dinner with two or for a great family occasion, I can only recommend the ribaudière.
Excellent lunch with the Business formula from noon to 21 euros entry/plat or dish/dessert. Delicious Smoky Salmon Bruschetta (Casmon is excellent) admission. Smoked pork in the crust. The setting is very pleasant, the beautiful and quiet garden, with singing bonus birds! I'll be right back.
