Lamentable service, hot water failure, server booster at this turn the thumbs and after 15 min order it finally happens. But where is the organization. No commercial gesture. Really zero point

Paying 10 cents for a sauce you have to question. No hygiene the tables are never cleaned, let’s not talk about the toilet, the drive staff is not friendly, knowing that none of them can read to make a real order (without forgetting/inverting)

The fries were half filled, cold sandwiches, badly assembled. Ice in the flat water drinks of the happy meal.

Give me the bowl. Every time we take an order to take away there are a few things missing. My little girls didn't have a full meal and no meals at all. Don't even bother to respond to your claims. To flee

The work can be finished in appearance, there are always problems at the drive. Interminable latents, key commands (bad sandwich, forgotten sandwich, no sauce and/or towels) and some employees who should change business if they are not happy to come. . For a fast-food chain that wants to evolve its image, it stays away from a Michelin guide given the customer relationship. (I speak especially for the drive and its atmosphere)
