Contribuisci feedbackThe service from the waiter was excellent as he tried to fix any issues, but the food was terrible. Some items were missing from our plates and others in our group had to wait a long time for their food to arrive. The gesture of 10% off our bill was just not enough to make up for the overall disappointing experience.
It was a bustling Bank Holiday Monday and due to Covid 19 restrictions on customer numbers, we were grateful that Frankie and Benny’s accommodated our reservation. We opted for the delectable Ultra Macaroni cheese with bacon (£10.80) and the Caesar Salad with chicken (£11.40). Both dishes were delicious, although it seemed like the Caesar dressing was missing from the salad. I also ordered a large glass of Shiraz (£7.00) and a garlic bread starter, but unfortunately the garlic bread only arrived after our main course. To finish off, I indulged in a tasty Tiramisu. The friendly and attentive waiter apologized profusely for the oversight with the starter and promptly waived any charges for the wine, garlic bread, and dessert. In the end, our entire meal for two only cost £22.20. Kudos to Frankie and Benny’s for their exceptional and generous customer service. This is what I call going above and beyond for your customers.
The food is fantastic and the service is exceptional. The staff are incredibly kind and friendly, just like I remembered before the lockdown. Special thanks to Josh for taking care of us!
