Miso Korean - Bournemouth

Went for a birthday lunch with work friends. Had been recommended here many times but this was my first time of trying. It is a small place (only three tables) but it is super clean and the staff friendly. We ordered from the small but perfectly formed menu. I can't remember/pronounce the main dishes but they were in large bowls (like stews) with side dishes of rice, dumplings, prawn tempura. The food came very quickly and was absolutely delicious. I had the stew with spicy soup, seafood and silken toffee, kimchee and vegetables. The gyoza style dumplings were perfect with a slightly crispy shell. The meal was really reasonable at £45 for 3 and there was sooo much food. The portions are huge. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough. We have vowed to make it a birthday tradition from now on. Luckily, we have another birthday in three weeks!! Can't wait to go back...

Delicious food. We tried two dishes, and both were equally as good as each other. Price was excellent. 2 meals and 2 drinks for only £21.50 and we left full

Inexpensive, quick and good quality. Service was friendly. Very much enjoyed the tofu bibimbap. Highly recommend!

I have been staying away for work and eaten here three time, both in and take away I highly recommend this place. Extremely high quality for amazing value.

My hubby and I had lunch here on Wednesday 7th June 2023 at 12.10-12.50... It was quiet when we arrived. We enjoyed all dishes. Spicy Pork Dub Bap and Bibim bap are to die for (8.90 each with rice and veg). Bento Set is 11.60 with choice of chicken/beef/pork served with rice, Hot Crispy Chicken Ball, Chicken Wings, Gyoza amd some veg. Self service soft drinks are 1.50 each. Best Asian restaurant in Bournemouth. Yummy, fresh, reasonably priced, great hospitality, good portions, cozy atmosphere with 4 tables for eat in. Only 10 minute walk from Oceanarium, Bournemouth Beach. Will definitely come back again. Love this family run restaurant. Highly recommended
